Dotdash Meredith may select an alternate Mentorship Recipient, if time permits.
- Mentorship (Up to five (5) awarded): Each Mentorship Recipient will receive an award package up to $250,000 (with the exact amount received to be determined by Dotdash Meredith, in their sole discretion, based on the Mentorship Recipient’s business’ needs and goals) awarded in the form of:

During the meetings, Mentors will provide hands-on counseling to Mentorship Recipient. Total duration and locations of meetings to be mutually agreed upon by Mentorship Recipient, Mentors, and Dotdash Meredith.

Additional Mentorship details and information to be provided at the time of Mentorship notification.
ALL TAXES ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE MENTORSHIP RECIPIENT. The Mentorship Recipient will be required to provide Dotdash Meredith with a valid social security number or business EIN before the Mentorship can be provided for tax reporting purposes. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued in the name of Mentorship Recipient or their business for the actual value of the Mentorship received. The actual value will be determined by Dotdash Meredith based on the final package of services delivered.
Mentorship Recipient may be able to deduct (as advertising, consulting or other ordinary and necessary trade of business expenditures), for tax purposes, some or all of the actual value of Mentorship received and reported as taxable income to them on IRS Form 1099-MISC. Mentorship Recipient should consult with their personal and/or business tax advisor to fully comprehend the tax consequences for their personal and/or business circumstances.
Mentorship is non-transferable, with no cash redemption or equivalents of non-cash portion of Mentorship or substitutions except at Dotdash Meredith’s sole and absolute discretion. All Mentorship details not specified in these Application Terms will be determined in Dotdash Meredith’s sole and absolute discretion.
